Note from the editor
Welcome to the Booking.com Global Public Affairs blog. At Booking.com, it is our mission to make it easier for everyone to experience the world. This mission carries with it the responsibility to foster a world worth experiencing for our customers, partners, and communities. We do so by working towards a more sustainable, divers, inclusive, secure, and fair travel experience. Our public affairs agenda is directly derived from these ambitions. As you read through the blog, you will see how we translate these ambitions into tangible actions — both big and small. Some articles will argue for high-level positions and others will take you into the minutiae details of a regulation. We do so because we know it is often the details that matter the most, and because we want to be transparent with you in what we do. We are not going to hide behind lofty rhetoric but stand up for what be believe in. So it becomes easier for everyone to experience the world. Today, tomorrow, and in generations to come.
